Charleville Race Track

The Central Warrego Race Track in Charleville has faced ongoing challenges with erosion in the drainage system servicing their race and training tracks. To address this, EcoRevive was sub-contracted by Global Turf QLD to help stabilise the surface and establish vegetation, preventing future washouts.

Our team brought the Finn Hydro Seeder to Central Queensland, where we applied DuraVeg’s Flexterra hydromulch and custom grass seed mix over a 15,000 m² area. Given the proximity to the sand-based track, the job required precision to avoid any overspray. With the grass now establishing, the drain is expected to function as designed, effectively mitigating storm-related erosion.
