Tim Berryman
Ecologist

Tim is an innovator and leader in restoring plant communities with over 25 years of experience in the field. He has considerable expertise in the production and use of native seed and has developed unique knowledge, capability and seed resources to deliver quality restoration outcomes.​
Tim and his company have relationships and current projects with coal miners, property developers and other land managers in Sydney and the Hunter Valley and supplies native seed for projects throughout Australia.​
Tim has also worked for State and Commonwealth Government agencies, local government and community based organisations. His knowledge extends to flora and weed management, river restoration and environmental flows, environmental monitoring and auditing, and community development.
Dr Michelle Ward
Conservation Scientist
Michelle is an environmental modelling Lecturer for Griffith University and Senior Research Fellow at the University of Queensland. Michelle's core research focuses on decision making for biodiversity and the sustainable management of our natural world. She pursues this by developing and applying prioritisation approaches that combine ecological, economic and social objectives to discover better outcomes for nature and people.
​Michelle has a Masters in Conservation Science and a PhD in Conservation Planning, receiving the Dean’s Award for Outstanding Higher Degree by Research Thesis.​
Michelle has published 46 peer reviewed journal articles in top tier journals such as Science, Nature Ecology and Evolution, and Nature Communications.

Clay Stokoe
Native Seed Specialist

Clay Stokoe has built a native seed collection and consultation business that has served the revegetation industry for 25 years. Through extensive years of fieldwork, Clay and his team have developed a very intimate and practical knowledge of plant sciences. This has facilitated the development of systems that result in practical, achievable, and cost effective outcomes for revegetation.
​Clay provides explicit guidance and instruction throughout the planning and execution of revegetation works. His vast experience in a wide variety of environments allows him to quickly and accurately identify appropriate species and the optimal volume of seed.​
His excellent communication skills and thoughtful decision making processes result in plans and outcomes that suit both the needs of the client, and deliver optimal ecological results
